PHYSICALLY WE DO NOT ADAPT AS WE ARE TRAINING: OUR BODIES CHANGE WHEN THEY ARE RECOVERING. IF WE NEVER ALLOW RECOVERY TIME WE EITHER BREAK, OR DO NOT PERFORM AT OUR BEST. SOMETIMES, SLOWING DOWN IS NOT BEING WEAK, IT’S BEING SMART.
